Starting November 1st, I’m launching something transformative—something built from every tear i dropped and lesson I’ve conquered. In honor of flipping the script, in honor of creating something that has never existed before for people like me, who were raised by lost souls, who’s inner child needed nurturing I’m announcing my purpose to the world: My parents named me Amy Ashley, and there’s no coincidence that my initials are AA.


Amy means “beloved,” a reminder of the love and light that I was born to embody. Ashley has roots in the Old English word for ash tree, a tree known for its resilience and strength, symbolizing rebirth and growth even after devastation. The ash tree survives and thrives after enduring the flames—just like I have. I am the phoenix rising from the ashes. I am love. I am the solution.

If I were a 12-step program…

My number 1 mission would be to teach/show people just how fucken powerful they are.

I would teach them how to nurture themselves back to health and clarity.

I would take away any shame for relating to relapse, regression and steps back, its part of learning how to regulate and we would focus more on their wins/strength/courage more than moments of weakness. Weak moments are weak moments, not identifying factors.

I would help them learn to harmonize and understand conflict instead of being absorbed and controlled by it.

I would hold their hand as I tell them that parts of their past do not and can't go with them in their future of highest self-expression and freedom.

I would teach them how to love themselves and others differently.

I would awaken their sense of ALIVESS with the art of creating things that never existed before.

I would teach them the power of detachment and letting go.

I would open their hearts and permit them to chase dreams instead of people.

I would teach them natural innate ways to reverse stress and trauma, integrate it so they have space to live and not simply survive.

If I were a 12-step program, I would ignite a fire within people to discover just how extraordinary they are.
